The #AmINext? Movement, born from Dr. Tytianna Ringstaff's journey and mission to help dismantle violence against Black men and women on a global level, is an artistic, political, and cultural movement that gives voice to Black women and men who are victims and survivors of various manifestations of violence.
 
#AmINext?, a question and hashtag, requires one to reflect on their place in the fight for justice, ra- cial equality, political reform, and Black liberation.
 
This book opens the battle wound to artistically express and create a dialogue to address healing and solutions to eradicating violence, particularly against Black people.
